CANCELLATIONS
We understand that commercial projects require flexibility. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear, transparent guidelines for all orders placed with Marivex Container Group.
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before dispatch. We will issue a full refund of the order value, less any shipping and handling fees.
- Dispatched Orders: Once a container or equipment is dispatched from our facility in Benoni, South Africa, cancellation is not permitted. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of delivery to the final destination.
- Technical Issues: If a product is found to be defective or non-compliant with our specifications prior to dispatch, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
